Course Transfer Policy

In case your plans change (you are unable to attend the set dates) you may request for a course transfer which can be done one (1) time at no charge if KTCI is notified 15 days prior to the course start. If a course transfer is received within 15 days of the course start, a course transfer fee of AED 500 will be charged. Course transfers are subject to course availability.

Course Cancellation & Refund Policy

KTCI may cancel/reschedule courses at its discretion. KTCI will not be responsible for costs that may be incurred by students as a result of such cancellations or rescheduling.
In case you change your plans entirely and no longer wish to attend the event at all – no refunds.

Logistics

If any time before or during your course you are going to be late or unable to attend, please call +971 50 7100070. Please note that a participant missing more than one (1) hour on any given day of a course may be required to retake the course. The fee to retake a course is AED 500.
